• Position: Bartender

• Hours: Varies based on business demands

• Greets guests, takes orders or makes recommendations, and prepares and serves beverages.
• Stocks the bar with drinks, garnishes, and glassware, and ensures a clean working environment.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state liquor laws, and applicable company policies.
• May assist with inventory.
• Incumbents in this position are typically eligible for gratuities, which are included in the TCC calculations.
• Performs work under direct supervision.
• Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higherlevel staff.
• Typically requires a high school diploma and 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
