Assistant to the therapy management team

The Christophsbad clinic group, founded in 1852, now includes nine chief physician-led clinics and departments, six day clinics, institute and authorized outpatient clinics, as well as occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and speech therapy practices and clinics that address the diverse challenges of health and provide their patients with the best possible recovery.


Since 2021, the Christophsbad Hospital has been an academic teaching hospital of the University of Ulm for the fields of neurology and psychiatry in cooperation with the Alb-Fils clinics.

Your tasks

  • Administrative tasks / secretarial duties
  • Management of outpatient services
  • Support in conducting further training courses
  • Orders / inventory control
Your profile

  • Commercial training desirable but not mandatory
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Quick comprehension and organizational talent
  • Confident and friendly demeanor with professional communication skills
  • Very good PC skills (MS Office products)
