YOUR MISSION

  • Deliver amazing customer service by having a hospitalityfocused, customerfirst mindset.
  • Supervise and manage swimming pool, fitness center and amenity spaces, directly overseeing our team members.
  • Onboard and train team members, and provide ongoing coaching and proactive feedback.
  • Utilize and market the company's app technology to increase customer awareness, usage of our programs, events, and ancillary sales.
  • Coach team members to understand and market the app technology.
  • Promote and sell amenity memberships, fitness packages, swim lessons, event tickets, and other services on the app.
  • Plan and direct small vendor popups and small events on site.
  • Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to according to law.
  • Your role is crucial not only in enhancing the lives of the customers within the property, but in improving the attractiveness and value of the property and/or membership packages offered by the property.
  • Be the face of URBN Playground for all customer questions, concerns and needs.

YOU NEED

  • A college degree, or equivalent related work experience
  • Several years work experience in amenity management and/or aquatics and/or fitness and/or hospitality industries, or similar
  • Prior experience in managing people and work schedules
  • A great sense of humor and sense of fun

BROWNIE POINTS

  • Prior experience in amenity management or multifamily building management
  • Familiar with property manager software
  • Lifeguard and/or CPO and/or Fitness certifications
  • Additional language skills
  • Part Time, $20/hour: Sundays & Mondays 8 hour shifts
