Description
Dynamic custom luxury homebuilder in Sarasota, Florida is seeking an experienced all-rounder to act as a Construction Operations Administrator and Client Concierge.
This position serves as the critical point of contact for clients through the design, permitting, construction and service phases.This individual the construction operations team and is involved in issuing purchase orders, tracking job bids, reviewing/processing subcontractor invoices, managing subcontractor agreements and managing the company's office and model homes.
This individual will report directly to the Construction Operations Manager and support the company's Chief Financial Officer.- Construction experience preferred, but not necessary.
- Basic accounting knowledge required
- Experience with Excel required

Pay:
$50, $75,000.00 per year
