Object Manager (m/f/d) Commercial Space Management

Your tasks

You are responsible for comprehensive tenant and property management of commercial units in the administrative portfolio of Munich Living in the sense of market-oriented real estate management, taking into account social aspects.

  • comprehensive management of ongoing tenancies
  • processing of damage cases and handling of insurance claims
  • coordination of major maintenance, repair and modernization measures
  • individual development, creation and review of contracts, usage agreements and addenda
  • on-site inspection of the property, taking into account the purchase and/or rental agreement
  • development of marketing concepts for commercial spaces
