    Job DescriptionSalary:

    JS Solutions is seeking a GFEBS Subject Matter Expert to support one of our Army customers in Huntsville, AL.

    Responsibilities of the job include:

    • Manage budget execution and maintain proper accounting records for the reporting and analysis of all commitments, obligations, and disbursements
    • Responsible for assisting in the development, monitoring, coordinating, and integrating the program for customer
    • Communicates with leadership and determine program status, identify variances, and recommend actions/response
    • Develop, distribute, and monitor implementation of internal operating policies and administrative directives to support our customer
    • Maintains internal library of applicable regulations, directives, procedures, and instructions
    • Ensures obligation plans and budgets are documented properly
    • Meet with IPTs/APMs to review goals and provides recommendations to confirm funds are executed in accordance to plans
    • Prepare, submit, and assist in the defense of budgets required to support all assigned PM activities
    • Prepares and maintains records and pertinent documents related to manpower resources and budget requirements for in-house administrative resources for the PMO
    • Possess good oral and written communication skills

    Required Qualifications:

    • Works with Government systems such as General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS); Experience with Wide Area Workflow (WAWF); Experience with Logistics Management Program; Experience with Comprehensive Cost and Requirements (CCaR)/Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT); Defense Travel System (DTS)
    • Experience in managing multiple appropriations to include RDTE, APA, OMA, and FMS
    • Experience in performance of execution analysis
    • Fundamental understanding of Army Acquisition Process
    • Experience in handling and utilizing funding documents (MIPRs / PWDs)
    • Experience in funds reconciliation
    • Must possess a Bachelors Degree in a related field
    • Must possess and be able to maintain an active SECRET security clearance
