    JS Solutions is seeking a GFEBS Subject Matter Expert to support one of our Army customers in Huntsville, AL

    Responsibilities of the job include:
    Manage budget execution and maintain proper accounting records for the reporting and analysis of all commitments, obligations, and disbursementsResponsible for assisting in the development, monitoring, coordinating, and integrating the program for customerCommunicates with leadership and determine program status, identify variances, and recommend actions/responseDevelop, distribute, and monitor implementation of internal operating policies and administrative directives to support our customerMaintains internal library of applicable regulations, directives, procedures, and instructionsEnsures obligation plans and budgets are documented properlyMeet with IPTs/APMs to review goals and provides recommendations to confirm funds are executed in accordance to plansPrepare, submit, and assist in the defense of budgets required to support all assigned PM activitiesPrepares and maintains records and pertinent documents related to manpower resources and budget requirements for in-house administrative resources for the PMOPossess good oral and written communication skills

    Required Qualifications:

    Works with Government systems such as General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS); Experience with Wide Area Workflow (WAWF); Experience with Logistics Management Program; Experience with Comprehensive Cost and Requirements (CCaR)/Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT); Defense Travel System (DTS)Experience in managing multiple appropriations to include RDTE, APA, OMA, and FMSExperience in performance of execution analysisFundamental understanding of Army Acquisition ProcessExperience in handling and utilizing funding documents (MIPRs / PWDs)Experience in funds reconciliationMust possess a Bachelors Degree in a related fieldMust possess and be able to maintain an active SECRET security clearanceJS Solutions is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer as defined by the EEOC.
