Our Retail Store Sales Lead is a key-holder position that will support in day-to-day sales floor operations and customer experience in store.
They will be responsible for helping achieve personal and team-oriented sales goals.Lead by example on the sales floor and help ensure team members remain accountable to meet all LFI standards and policies.

Assists with backroom projects and assignments as requested.
Ensures all workspaces are clean and tidy.
Conduct customer service decisions in the absence of management.
Perform opening and closing duties as requested.
Performs other duties, as assigned by Manager.
Track and achieve expected KPI metrics at individual and store level. Must Haves A natural passion for serving others and creating customer loyalty. Strong customer empathy and the ability to turn negativity into great customer experiences. Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must be willing to conduct oneself in accordance with Company's Core Values Strong organizational and follow-through skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of ownership, dependability and initiative with flexible shift availability for the retail environment.
Must be able to climb a ladder and maneuver in a tight stockroomTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
