Position: SiC Development Engineer (m/f/d)

Location: Hamburg / Munich, Germany

About the Company: We are a leading semiconductor company with a global presence, specializing in high-volume production of components for various industries.

About the role: Join us in this exciting role as a SiC Development Engineer, where you will be responsible for developing Silicon Carbide (SiC) products.

What you will do:

  • Ensure product functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with various teams in design and manufacturing.
  • Implement new technology concepts for manufacturing.
  • Support process integration and test structure definition.

What you will need:

  • University degree in Semiconductor Device Physics or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in power semiconductor technology, preferably SiC.
  • Strong team player with a drive for success.
  • Fluency in English; conversational German is a plus.
  • Good communication skills.
