What We Are Looking For


The Production Supervisor will support and direct our production operations to ensure that they deliver maximum quality in a profitable manner.

Duties will include training and developing employees, managing performance of employees and equipment, organizing workflows and analyzing the efficiency of manufacturing processes.

You should be highly competent and comprehend complex operations.

We also expect you to be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs, provide leadership and guidance to teams and work cross-collaboratively with other departments to ensure quality, safety and productivity all within a culture of positivity, respect and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the production operations of the facility with an aim for high performance
  • Create strong crossfunctional relationships to assist in the smooth operation of the facility
  • Assist with the onboarding process of new hires
  • Provide training and educational materials to staff
  • Conduct annual reviews for staff performance
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Ensure strict adherence to facility safety and food safety guidelines and company standards
  • Monitor and prioritize workflow and staffing of production to meet deadlines
  • Provide direction and schedules to the manufacturing department
  • Establish daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
  • Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
  • Guide and coach employees, monitoring their productivity
  • Oversee safe use of equipment and work with maintenance team to schedule regular maintenance
  • Perform verification of production input and output according to specifications
  • Prepare production boards to report on performance and progress and present them to senior managers
  • Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
  • Other duties as assigned

Must Have REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience and desire to support a culture built on collaboration, sharing of ideas and celebration of successes as well as drive for positive outcomes with crossfunctional teams.
  • High School Diploma at a minimum with previous relevant leadership experience; bachelor's degree in business, engineering or other relevant area will be a bonus.
  • 2+ years proven experience working in a supervisory role; in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sharp production focus with a drive for accurate results
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution attributes
  • Flexible to work long hours as required to meet production needs and deadlines
  • Good practical experience with MS Office
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills٫ together with a resultsdriven approach

  • Bilingual Preferred
