    YOUR DAY IN MANAGEMENT

    While working as an Assistant Store Manager, your day begins with a strategic planning session, where you assess priorities and delegate tasks to the team. You seamlessly transition into organizing store activities, ensuring smooth operations from opening to closing. With an eye for marketing, you meticulously curate displays that captivate customers and drive sales. Amidst the hustle, you remain a steady hand, resolving issues and guiding your team toward success. Using your keen eye for detail and adept organizational skills, you orchestrate a symphony of efficiency and excellence, ensuring every customer experience is exceptional.

    ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER'S SCHEDULE

    This retail management position works a flexible schedule based on business needs. Holidays and weekends may be required.

    REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 1+ years of retail experience
    • Ability to work independently as a problem solver
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (preferred)
    • Must be able to lift 55 lbs regularly.
