Intermodal Load CoordinatorA growing trucking company in Philadelphia has an opening for an Intermodal Load Coordinator to handle various functions within the dispatch department.

Job Type:
Full-timeResponsibilities: Communicate haul requests to drivers via offered communication methods.
Understand driver and vehicle capability to perform the requested load.
Promptly communicate any delays, issues, or concerns with completing the requested load to customers.
Answer inbound calls, manage emails and plan loads for available owner operators.
Close orders and process paperwork to assist with billing.


Experience:
High school or equivalent education (Preferred)

Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)

Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)Preferably at least 1 year experience in the transportation field.
Self-starter who is organized and thorough with attention to detail and thrives in a bustling environment.
Strong PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite and the companys current transportation system.
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills required.
Troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical skills required.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
