Primary Summary:

Coordinates the day to day operation of processes in support of the various deposit products and ancillary functions of deposit operations, loan service and call center.

Provides operational support to branch personnel as needed. Serves as an operational resource for the enterprise. Implements, communicates and complies with deposit policies and procedures.

Essential Functions/Position Responsibilities:

Provides necessary support to branch and other enterprise personnel.
Provides recommendations, documentation and implementation of new and revised procedures for efficient operations.
Review of system exception and quality control reports for followup and escalates unresolved issues as needed.
Process and perform scanning and documentation imaging system functions.
Performs support clerical functions to the department in addition to system maintenance.
Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

Requirements:

Must be 17 years or older.

Cash Handling experience a plus, but no financial institution experience will train
