This industry leading electronic manufacturing company located in Woodridge, IL is hiring for experienced solderers looking for a long term opportunity with room for advancement.

Candidates with quality, assembly, and soldering experience are encouraged to applyJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Soldering (surface mount) electrical batteries for military and medical equipment
Candidates will be operating SMT machinery
SMT machine does most of the work, automated machinery
May perform setups/changeovers for different products
Operate machinery and processes to produce products of the required quality.
Constantly monitor output to ensure that it is of the standard required, rejecting any that does not meet the standard.
Maintain awareness of ISO, ESD, Safety and Electrical policies and procedures
Candidates must be open to general labor duties such as packing, picking and labeling
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to read blueprints/schematics (English or Spanish)
Electrical assembly and soldering experience (surface mount)
Ability to use computer and Excel
IPC Certification is a bonus
Will also accept spot welding experience
WORK ENVIRONMENT/SHIFT/PAY
Pay :
$18.00- $18.25
1st shift: 5am-2:30pm $18/hr (x1 openings)
2nd shift: 2:30pm-12am $18.25/hr (x1 openigs)
Clean and Well-Lit Environment
Temperature Controlled
Ability to Sit-Down a majority of the shift
