Responsibilities:

Ensuring smooth purchasing processes for warehouse goods, manufactured goods, and consumables
Handling order confirmations and changes, obtaining quotes, processing delivery notes and invoices, and managing complaints
Point of contact for sales inquiries and accounting
Continuous improvement of processes
Collaborating on optimizing inventory levels, including implementing suitable replenishment procedures
Participating in projects to further develop your own area of responsibility
Actively supporting in customer tenders

Qualifications:

Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship or equivalent work experience
Ideally, experience in purchasing
Proficient in SAP is an advantage
Strong decisionmaking skills and ability to work independently and resultsoriented
Very good English skills are a plus
Fluent in written and spoken German
