    Description
    Position Overview: As the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our healthcare facilities. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be responsible for overseeing a range of operational functions, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Operational Leadership:
      • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operational teams, including but not limited to, facilities management, supply chain, and logistics.
      • Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of operational goals with overall organizational objectives.
      • Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and safety.
    2. Process Optimization:
      • Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
      • Develop and implement streamlined workflows and standardized procedures to enhance productivity.
      • Monitor and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process improvements.
    3. Resource Management:
      • Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including staffing, equipment, and facilities.
      • Oversee budget planning and control operational expenses.
      • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
    4. Quality Assurance:
      • Establish and maintain quality assurance programs to enhance patient care and safety.
      • Lead efforts to achieve and maintain accreditation and compliance with relevant healthcare standards.
      • Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives.
    5. Emergency Preparedness:
      • Develop and maintain emergency preparedness plans to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and staff.
      • Coordinate responses to emergencies and unforeseen events.
    6. Vendor and Supplier Relationships:
      • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to optimize service and cost-effectiveness.
      • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms.
    7. Team Development:
      • Recruit, train, and mentor operational staff, promoting a culture of growth and development.
      • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations management.
    • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality improvement.
    • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with healthcare technology and systems.
