    Tri Tower Telecom is searching for a Client Services Representative to join us onsite in our renovated Rochester, NY facility. This is an in-person role; remote or hybrid work is not available.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Ensure a positive and professional client service experience.
    • Interact with customers via phone, email, online, or in person.
    • Conduct approximately 30 calls a day to clients.
    • Schedule business development client meetings with the clients executive team.
    • Coordinate product requests/inquiries with the appropriate account executive.
    • Direct client questions, concerns, or complex queries to relevant sales professionals promptly.
    • Coordinate client technical assistance issues with account executives.
    • Expedite serious issues to management toward prompt resolution.
    • Build positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes.
    • Maintain client records and documenting processes, tracking customer interactions and transactions.
    • Identifying potential client service concerns and facilitating proactive intervention steps
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
    • High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    • 1-3 years of experience in client services, sales, or a similar role.
    • Experience working in the Telecom Industry is preferred.
