- Ensure a positive and professional client service experience.
- Interact with customers via phone, email, online, or in person.
- Conduct approximately 30 calls a day to clients.
- Schedule business development client meetings with the clients executive team.
- Coordinate product requests/inquiries with the appropriate account executive.
- Direct client questions, concerns, or complex queries to relevant sales professionals promptly.
- Coordinate client technical assistance issues with account executives.
- Expedite serious issues to management toward prompt resolution.
- Build positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes.
- Maintain client records and documenting processes, tracking customer interactions and transactions.
- Identifying potential client service concerns and facilitating proactive intervention steps
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in client services, sales, or a similar role.
- Experience working in the Telecom Industry is preferred.
