    Description

    Supervisor/Training Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage existing client relationships
    • Acquire new clients
    • Supervise team performance and outcomes
    • Provide training and guidance to new team members on current processes
    • Regularly report field activities through Salesforce CRM
    • Focus daily on client growth, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities
    • Effective time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
    • Excellent supervisory and leadership qualities
    • Clear and concise communication skills
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and assign them when necessary
    • Perform well in a fast-paced environment
    • Passionate about assisting others and fostering relationships
    • Prior experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-driven with a focus on goals
    • Community involvement mindset
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce
