Description

Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, networks, and peripherals.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups as needed.
  • Set up user accounts and permissions and ensure security measures are in place.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues and improve system performance.
  • Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Assist in IT projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
  • Experience with system administration tasks, such as user management and system backups.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
