Position Summary:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for converting raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions.

This role involves analyzing and interpreting data, designing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards, and providing actionable insights to various stakeholders.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across various sources and reporting tools.
  • Develop strategies for database development, data collection systems, data analytics, and other methods to optimize data quality and efficiency.
  • Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required Experience:


  • Proven experience in process optimization and management.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficient in SQL and familiar with data warehousing concepts.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

- **Education**:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Administration).

Preferred Skills:


  • Project management experience.
  • Experience in data science and analytics methodologies.
  • Familiarity with other BI tools and data visualization software.
