Job Description
- Managing the team (7 employees, disciplinary and professional leadership)
- Coordinating tasks based on tickets and monitoring reports
- Ensuring daily production operations while meeting agreed delivery deadlines
- Administering and optimizing all mechanical production processes
- Implementing change requests
- Providing technical support for error and complaint analysis
Qualifications
- Completed degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable education
- Extensive professional experience, particularly in team leadership
- High level of initiative, responsibility, assertiveness, and structured work approach
- Experience in international and intercultural communication and collaboration
- Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken

Salary Information
- The annual salary for this position is at least €85,000 gross per year (based on fulltime employment). Depending on qualifications and professional experience, overpayment is possible. We look forward to receiving your application
