Responsibilities:


The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis / Managed Care Operations will report to the Director of FP&A/ Managed Care Operations.

He/she will lead all Financial Planning & Analysis activities and will lead the coordination between TVH functional departments and health plan partners.


  • Manage the FP&A Staff
  • Lead the coordination of financial and operational metrics for Primary Care and Specialty Care on a monthly basis
  • Provide excellent customer service to TVH internal customers
  • Manage the monthly financial forecasting and annual budget process
  • Serves as a point of contact between TVH and health plans in terms of payor data
  • Manage membership reporting and validation along with panel assignments
  • Manage clinician bonus reporting and payments
  • Oversee commissions reporting and payments
  • Oversee documentation of processes within the FP&A team
  • Prepare monthly cash flow projections
  • Understands current and future payer requirements and ensure that TVH meets those requirements
  • Works on other duties as assigned by Director of FP&A and Managed Care Operations

Education/Experience Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • MBA is strongly preferred
  • Minimum five years of supervisory experience
  • Experience working in a medical group that has taken global risk with a Medicare Advantage health plan
  • Experience working in a high growth organization
  • Manages FP&A Staff
  • Knowledge of Medicare Advantage and globalrisk business models
  • Knowledge of provider group operations that take fullrisk on Medicare Advantage
  • Ability to work with others and help them plan and think through challenging issues
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and influencing skills
  • Highly organized
  • Must be proficient with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
