Description

Responsibilities:

Executes all agency facility cleaning to ensure they meet health and safety standards legally required - This includes, but is not limited to, waste management Monitors building equipment and infrastructure for repairs or recommended improvements

Assists with managing and maintaining all facility supply inventory ? monitors consumption by all programs and works with staff to ensure timely replenishment of

As needed

Is the contact/liaison for all onsite vendor visits, including but not limited to repairmen, monthly services calls, etc.

Executes picking up/delivering equipment, set up/take down, before and after hour event coordination for on-site activities

Performs minor repairs regarding furniture, doors, locks, minor building equipment adjustments, etc. at all programs/locations (including but not limited to CaSSA, Community Services, Drop In Center, Belfort House, Administrative Offices, etc.) Execute office moves within the facility and/or offsite

Works independently toward completing maintenance tasks required throughout the facilities.
