Cottingham & Butler is growing and will be adding a Sales Coordinator to our Dubuque, IA office. This is a great opportunity to start in a role where you will be trained by and work with some of the top experts in the industry. You will provide coordination and administrative support to our senior sales team members to create capacity and maximize performance.
This position requires someone that is detail-oriented, organized and has strong communication skills. This is a new position so we are looking for someone who can fully develop this role while making suggestions to improve the process. Prior employee benefits experience is a plus but is not necessary – we will teach you
