Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to patients in various healthcare settings. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need.


Duties:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Provide assistance with mobility and transfers, utilizing proper lifting techniques
• Administer medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse
• Assist with medical procedures, including catheter care and wound dressing changes
• Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records using electronic systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks)
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
• Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans
• Provide care for patients with specialized needs, such as dementia or chronic conditions Experience:
• Previous experience in a nursing home or senior care setting is preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
• Knowledge of electronic medical record systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks)
• Ability to lift and move patients safely using proper body mechanics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patientcentered approach to caregiving Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
