Description

Go out to customer's residence and repair merchandise or evaluate action needed to satisfy our customers.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN SPECIFIC DUTIES:

In home or in shop furniture repair including wood, leather and upholstery.

Responsible for accurate onsite home, or in-shop repair reports to customer service.

Inspect and keep service van and tools in good condition.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS

Must possess skills to do furniture repair: experience with both case goods and upholstery a plus._
Excellent communication skills._
Being a good ambassador for the company._
Requires lifting of heavy merchandise._
Valid driver's license and good driving record preferred._
Touch up experience preferred._
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check._

Work schedule is typically Monday thru Friday 8:00 - 4:30.

Training will be in Dallas.

Pay dependent upon experience.
