Our mission is to enhance our community's well-being by relieving foot, knee, and back pain through premium Good Feet Arch Supports.

This role will be at our brand-new Skokie location that is set to open this fall.

Your Role:

As an essential member of our sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in helping customers find relief from foot, knee, hip, or back pain.

Our comprehensive training program ensures you'll confidently assist customers within weeks, with continuous coaching and development over your first 90 days.

Average Pay: $80,000 $95,000 Annually, based on a daily rate plus commission and bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Engage customers enthusiastically through a consultative sales approach
Process transactions and provide guidance on financing options
Ensure timely and consistent followup to guarantee customer satisfaction
Take ownership of your personal sales metrics and goals
Embrace selfdevelopment and seize growth opportunities

Working Hours:

Weekdays: 10 AM - 6 PM.

Saturdays: 9 AM - 5 PM.

Sundays: 12 PM - 4 PM.

Saturday contests and lunch incentives.
- _This role will be 5 days a week_

Physical Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a weekly basis
Ability to reach overhead into the back of shelving units to maintain inventory
Ability to work independently in a store during scheduled shifts
