- Team Management: Manage and mentor cross-functional development teams, including engineers, designers, and analysts, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, including retail operations, merchandising, and sales teams, to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
- Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in retail assortment planning to inform product strategy and drive innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
- Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of product initiatives, and iterate based on feedback and data insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on retail assortment planning or related areas.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software products in an agile environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
