The Truplast GmbH has been one of the most successful companies in the field of hose production for almost 50 years, with over 150 employees.

As a modern family-owned company characterized by flat hierarchies and corresponding scope for action and design, we offer you the framework to fully utilize your skills.

For our sales department, we are currently looking for an International Junior Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks will include building and expanding international customer relationships within the EU excluding DACH, as well as providing support and advice to international dealers and customers in technical and commercial areas.

You will also be responsible for conducting business negotiations and product presentations, as well as participating in trade fairs.

Additionally, you will continuously monitor and analyze the market and competition situation in the sales areas, have sales and budget responsibility in the assigned sales channel, and create sales and revenue plans.

You will also be responsible for expanding and maintaining networks and regularly reporting to the sales management.

Your profile should include a completed vocational training and/or business studies, several years of national sales experience, ideally in the household appliance or plastics industry, a high level of customer orientation, initiative, and negotiation skills, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and a structured way of working.

Fluent German, English, French, and ideally Italian skills in spoken and written form, a hands-on mentality, experience in project management, and proficiency in MS Office are also required.
