eKiosk GmbH, located in the high-tech city of Dresden, is a digitalization specialist for interactive self-service and kiosk solutions, as well as advertising digital signage applications "Made in Germany".

Our agile, interdisciplinary project teams consisting of engineers, designers, project managers, assemblers, and business professionals successfully complete around 300 digitalization and automation projects for clients from various industries such as industry, e-health, retail, and real estate each year.


YOUR DAILY WORK AS A SERVICE TEAM LEADER (M/F/D)

  • Professional leadership of a small team of eKiosk service technicians
  • Further development of efficient service processes, including rental services
  • Development and implementation of sustainable service concepts for our clients
  • Selection and management of external partners and service providers for maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting in the field (international)

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Successfully completed vocational training in an IT or electrical engineering field (e.g. IT systems electronics technician) or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in technical customer service
  • Advantageous: first experience as a team leader
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English advantageous
  • Experience working with mechanical and electronic/electrical components advantageous
