    Title: Senior Service Coordinator/Dispatcher - Commercial HVAC

    Location: Orange County, CA

    Overview:

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage the dispatching of service technicians to various job sites, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Coordinate multiple client accounts, maintaining high service and client satisfaction.
    • Lead the service dispatch team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve workflow and response times.
    • Handle emergency service requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
    • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, technicians, and internal teams.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in service coordination and dispatching within the commercial HVAC industry.
    • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and leading a team.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be local to Orange County, with a stable work history.
    Preferred Skill Sets:
    • Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems and the commercial mechanical industry.
    • Experience with service management software and tools.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Leadership skills with a focus on team development and problem-solving.
