Your future responsibilities

Conducting ticket inspections
Obligation/authorization to collect the increased fare in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the customer in case of willingness to pay
Monitoring and compliance with the general terms and conditions/railway operating regulations
Active customer service by providing information on traffic conditions, fares, and locations, as well as providing assistance in emergencies (first aid)

Your profile

At least B1 level in spoken and written German
Customer and serviceoriented thinking and acting
