We are looking for a seasoned, inspirational leader who is goal-oriented to serve as Production Supervisor for our new state of the art foam pouring and manufacturing facility located in Crawfordville, Indiana.

The Production Supervisor directly supervises production hourly employees in manufacturing activities of an assigned production area in such a manner that approved quality products are manufactured and/or delivered on schedule and within specifications and cost requirements.

Pay Range:
$58,000-$82,000

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

Manage and oversee a specific department and team within the production process.
Coordinate the team's activities to accomplish the established production and safety goals.
Manage and inspect the team's output to ensure quality and accuracy.
Maintain time and production records.
Estimate production material needs and manage inventory.
Teach the team company safety policies and enforce all safety regulations with a goal of zero incidents.
Collaborate with the team and management to identify and implement ways to improve production and safety.
Help to mediate and resolve conflicts within the team.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

What You'll Need (Qualifications):

A high school diploma or GED is required.
A bachelor's degree, associate degree, or certification in a related field is preferred.
2 years of supervisor experience is required, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Capable working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other dataentry programs.
