Administrative Clerk (m/f/d) for Quality Assurance
Location: Zaisenhausen (Baden)Employment type(s): Part-time - flexible, Full-timeWorking hours: hours per week
Your responsibilities:
- Manage complaints in QS1
- QS invoice verification, control, and filing
- Maintenance of customer portals
- Creation of recharges and inspection reports
- Processing of warranty claims
- Preparation of monthly company report
- Verification and recording of costs/invoices
- Recording of energy data and costs
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Experience in quality assurance
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of QS1 software is desirable
- Negotiable German and English language skills in spoken and written form
