- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing)
- At least 3 years of management experience supervising Engineers and Programmers
- Experience in the fabrication of precision metal components utilizing manual machines, vertical mills, horizontal machine centers, lathes, and autonomous multi-pallet machine centers
- Working knowledge of processing operations, ergonomics, and lean manufacturing principles
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities

With this, they have retained Pacific to find an Engineering Manager. The Engineering Manager will oversee manufacturing and engineering operations involved in producing precision machined components.
