We are looking for a motivated Delivery Agent (m/f/d) for a renowned automotive manufacturer at our location in Cologne. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented employee who will act as a liaison between the sales team, dispatch, and vehicle preparation for a renowned automotive manufacturer at our Cologne location, ensuring that customers have a smooth and unforgettable experience throughout their vehicle purchase. In addition, the new employee will strengthen customer loyalty by maintaining contact with customers before and after vehicle delivery and gathering feedback on the overall process.
