Hours:
Friday & Saturday nights - 11pm to 7am; additional shifts as needed

***The Entrance Greeter is responsible for the completion of all tasks related to the ingress/egress at his or her assigned entrance post.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Respond to and record all clearance requests from Property Owners
• Confirm and execute clearance approvals for entry of visitors
• Confirm clearance approvals and issue passes to construction workers
• Complete incident reports as necessary
• Maintain sign display as directed by proper authority
• Handle confidential information
• Attendance during scheduled work hours
• Assist with special events as necessary
• Replacement of dislodged gate arms

Skills and Abilities

• User level knowledge of Entrance computer hardware
• User level knowledge of Consolidated phone system
• User level knowledge of Entrance software
• Telephonic communication

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
