PositionOur fast-paced, sales office is seeking an Account Resolution Specialist at our Beaverton, OR office.

No experience? No problem We're looking for candidates who are ready to start their career and are willing to train the right personMaking outbound calls on past-due accountsAnalyzing aging reports and documenting all account activitiesDemonstrating professionalism, discretion, and good judgment in all interactions with co-workers, customers, and vendors to ensure timely resolution of customer discrepancies and disputesAbility to communicate cross-functionally with sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process - we need a confident go-getter who's not afraid to tackle challenges head-onQualificationsAdvanced problem-solving skills, and well organized with the ability to prioritize projects within your territory in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office, and the confidence to collect money and maintain an excellent relationship with our customer basePreferred skills, but not required2 years of collection experience is a plus, but we'll train the right personAdvancement and growth into leadership rolesMedical/Dental/Vision/Life insurance plansMatched 401kFSA/HSA ProgramsOur Commitment to Diversity and InclusionPacific Office Automation is proud to be an equal employment opportunity employer.
