The Customer Service Import / Export Coordinator will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers.
- Receive and process documents from clients.
- Receive documents from our business partners and WHS agents nationwide.
- Review and validate the information in a timely manner.
- File AES timely.
- Receive dangerous goods documents and validate the information.
- Submit documents such as SI to the steamship lines before cutoff time.
- Arrange Pickups and Deliveries with drayage and domestic transportation providers (FCL, LCL, FTL, LTL).
- Update CW1 with the information.
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Update milestones in CW1 and enable customers visibility tools.
- Obtain the information required to create invoice and bill customer.
- Create invoice and send to customer.
- Negotiate rates and manage cost of sales.
- Participate in the daily team Huddle.
- Support with AR as deemed necessary.
- Achieve the KPIs as articulated by department manager.
Desirable:
- Ocean and Airfreight Operations experience
- Cargowise experience
- Excel proficiency
- Microsoft Teams suite proficiency
Pay: Up to 65k per year
Expected hours: 40 per week.

Pay:
$62, $65,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Cargowise: 2 years (preferred)
- A-Z Ocean Import export: 3 years (required)
- A-Z Air Import export: 3 years (required)

- Newport Beach, CA: Relocate before starting work (required)
