General Statement of DutiesThe Criminal Justice Department invites applications for a full-time, temporary one year faculty position. The ideal candidate has demonstrated ability to teach in the areas of criminal law and introduction to courts.
The successful individual can also teach a variety of courses within the undergraduate program such as introduction to criminal justice, administration of justice, and global crime and justice, as well as the graduate program in criminal justice.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesCandidates are required to perform duties in accordance with the MSCA contract. Duties include teaching, advising, and contributions to continuously improve the department and university. The standard teaching load is 12 credit hours per semester. The position is subject to available funding.

Experience teaching face-to-face, hybrid, and online courses
Experience in distance learning and instructional technologies

Evidence of scholarly research in Criminological and/or Criminal Justice issues.
