Maintenance Director to join our amazing team and bring a high level of customer service to our maintenance department.

Are you who we are looking for?


Your day-to day:


  • Perform daily walkthrough throughout the community, grounds and parking area to check building upkeep, appearance, safety of common areas, and proper operation of equipment
  • Review all work orders daily and completes tasks as assigned
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems to determine required repairs
  • Assign, oversee, and ensure completion of required maintenance and repairs for the building, grounds, and equipment in appropriate and timely manner
  • Maintain expenses for parts and review all costs before purchasing with Executive Director
  • Schedule maintenance and bids for repair jobs outside of internal scope
  • Complete bid proposals and submit to Executive Director for projects or work requiring outside contractors/vendors
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance based on specific community schedule
  • Supervise housekeeping staff
  • Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rights
  • Provide resident transportation services, as applicable

The Must Haves:


  • High School diploma/GED and two years related experience and/or training
  • HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge
  • Basic carpentry and repair skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for customer service

$57,000.00 per year
