    ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Baltimore, Maryland.

    Job Details:


    • Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM

    • Schedule includes 3x12 hour shifts per week

    • Every 3rd weekend required

    • 2 years of nursing experience required

    • Travel experience required

    • Must successfully pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with minimum 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms

    • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

    • CPI certification preferred

    • Must have either compact license or MD license

    • Experience with MS/Tele, Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown required

    • Skills include interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), isolation precautions/PPE, wound care/wound vac

    • Care for adult and geriatric patients

    • Unit has 30 beds with daily census of 28 patients

    • 36 hours of orientation provided

    • Charting system: Cerner

    • Community hospital experience preferred

    This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive intermediate care unit providing specialized care for patients requiring telemetry monitoring and step-down level services. The facility features modern equipment and interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and unit secretary support. The organization maintains high clinical standards and provides thorough orientation and ongoing education to ensure quality patient care delivery.
