- Coordinate meeting set-up and clean-up, including ordering catering and room set-up.
- Develop and maintain relationships with various catering companies.
- Provide guidance on technology in conference rooms, and serve as a resource for questions.
- Responsible for answering client calls and connecting clients with their agents.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by manager.
- Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, Human Resources degree preferred OR At least 2 years of office experience providing administrative or office support in lieu of education/degree.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple work assignments independently.
- Must be able to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse groups including associates, candidates, and visitors.
