Overview of Team Member Position

Responsibilities:

Ensure Food Safety requirements are being met
Ensure Food quality requirements are being met
Follow all ChickfilA recipes and procedures
Work as a team to ensure food is being produced swiftly, efficiently, and with excellence
Keep entire kitchen clean at all times
Encourage fellow team members
Recognize that your role is vital in order to deliver "REMARK"able guest experiences
Support fellow team members we are a community of lateral service this is a team
Complete daily and weekly checklists
Leaving the restaurant better than what you found it
