The Teresian House is currently hiring per diem Receptionists. This opportunity is for providing relief coverage for vacations or unexpected absences for **7 am

  • 3 pm and/or 3p9pm shifts
    Additional weekday availability 9:30 am 1:30 pm (up to 12 hours/week) Thank you for considering

    Role Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors, vendors and all guests of the Teresian House. Provide excellent customer service.
  • Receive and direct incoming calls.
  • Monitors the front door activity, including but not limited to: ensuring resident safety and monitoring exit of residents/visitors, and door alarms.
  • Have a working knowledge of the facility, department locations, and a general understanding of the care provided.

  • Previous experience managing incoming and interoffice calls, greeting and directing visitors, and other administrative tasks, preferably from a secure entrance company setting.
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills.
