Description

Spherion is looking to hire a Customer Care Representative for a local, reputable company in Cherry Valley, IL. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for arranging dates and times of on-site testing services with customers.

Highlights:

60-day Temp-To-Hire program. 30-days to evaluate performance and attendancethen a 30-day onboard conversion.
Full benefit platform including Major Medical, Dental, Vision and Short Term Disability /PTO / Sick / Holiday Pay
Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m - 4:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

Initiates and maintains contact with customers to determine dates, times, and range of on-site services
Enters and updates client specific information in the computer system
Creates monthly schedules for testing units based on client needs and resource availability
Ensures schedules allow service technicians to comply with Department of Transportation Hours of Service regulations
Prepares and maps service routes
Serves as point of contact between customers and company technicians

Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to work well in teams

Qualifications:

1 plus years experience in phone customer service
Knowledge in a Windows software, Internet, Spreadsheet, Word, and Contact Management systems
Excellent typing skills
