Your tasks:

  • Management and organization of construction projects
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, budget, and deadlines
  • Building submission, clarifications within the scope of building permits
  • Participation in tendering and awarding of contracts
  • Planning, coordination, and control of construction processes
  • Acceptance of subcontractor services
  • Invoice verification and project controlling

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in civil engineering or architecture
  • Specialist in turnkey construction, preferably in industrial construction
  • Sufficient professional experience
  • Negotiation skills in German
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident and convincing appearance
  • Good knowledge of WORD, EXCEL, and OUTLOOK
