- Develop and maintain financial reports
- Design and maintain financial forecast models and budgets
- Assist with client onboarding
- Manage and delegate assigned tasks
- Regularly communicate with clients & build relationships
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance (public accounting preferred)
- Deep understanding of fundamental accounting principles
- Strong Excel skills (modeling & data analysis)
- Basic understanding of financial planning & analysis

We are recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Consultantto join a growing consulting firm in Richmond. This position will be responsible for providing accounting, finance, and consulting services for a variety of clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude with a desire to learn.
