As a vital part of our brand ambassador team, you'll have the thrilling opportunity to hone your people skills while representing our brands at events and retail locations.

Our Brand Ambassador Sales Associates are equipped to spark excitement, generate buzz around brand awareness, and drive increased sales for both vendors and retailers.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist our clients from diverse industries to get their brand out there and create product awareness.
  • Engage with customers instore in a friendly and approachable manner, providing topnotch product assistance.
  • Educate customers on our brands and products, ensuring positive and memorable experiences to help drive brand sales.
  • Set up and dismantle event displays and materials to present our products in an inviting way for retail locations.
  • Showcase our products through lively and engaging demonstrations, effectively communicating product features and benefits.
  • Record and report on sales performance and customer interactions to provide valuable insights.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales targets, enhancing the overall retail experience.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a grasp of basic customer service principles.
  • Some college coursework in marketing, communications, business, or related fields preferred.
  • Prior retail sales or customer service experience to excel as a Brand Sales Assistant.
  • Bring an outgoing personality with genuine enthusiasm for interacting with people.
  • Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet retail and customer needs.
  • Willingness to travel to different cities for events, expanding our reach and connecting with diverse customer bases.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for seamless navigation to various retail locations.
