Job Description Summary:
The Red Beauty Sales Associate will be responsible for understanding and developing assigned territory to maximize and grow revenue and profits by selling the products to existing customers and acquiring new business

Job Description:
Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customersCreate and execute a territory sales plan that meets and/or exceed established sales quotas and support company revenue and profit targetsMaintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customersDevelop in-depth knowledge of products via successful completion of required sales training programs and utilize this knowledge to sell the product to new and existing customers in the assigned territoryQualifications:Communication Skills

Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situationsMinimum of 2 years Retail Sales experienceDemonstrated effectiveness in new business development and lead qualificationMust be able to travel to a certain extent and be open to relocation for the company's salesKorean language skill is requiredCustomer service orientedWe offer a competitive benefits package(*Eligibility may vary.)
